Since the beginning of our collaborations, we have shared with Veolia values of agility, user empowerment and lower costs; concepts inalienable to Digital Transformation.
Can you introduce yourself and let us what are your challenges today?
I’m Jérémy Texier and I’ve been working at Veolia for 10 years. I’ve come a long way to get to the digital factory in the last year.
Today, we have a need for user feedback. We deploy solutions on a whole country like France but also on other countries. We found that we were far away from our users, there are a lot of steps! Even if we have messaging or emails, we’re having a hard time getting efficient feedback and exchanging quickly with users of our applications. Today, we use an agile method and having a link with users is essential to make the product evolve in the right direction and meet users’ needs as well as possible.
Why did you choose WeLoop?
Today, we use an agile method and having a link with users is essential to make the product evolve in the right direction and meet users’ needs as well as possible. WeLoop interested us, we were able to test it on a product that is now deployed throughout France on more than 3,000 contracts.
This allowed us to manage user feedback when they have trouble understanding a feature, requests for upgrades, or unfortunately, which is part of the lifecycle of a product, find bugs, defects etc. etc. Thanks to WeLoop, they understood and entered into a dynamic of exchange with support teams and also Product Owners. This encourages a rise in needs and demands for change.

What did you particularly like about WeLoop?
What is really satisfying is that it happened naturally. We didn’t necessarily need to communicate to users by explaining what WeLoop was doing and what it was for. And of course, we could see in our dashboard that we had gained 50 users per week in WeLoop. It was completely natural. They’ve really integrated the meaning of the product
Thank you Jeremy!
